Rotary Wing Maintenance Assistant
We currently have an opening for the Position of Rotary Wing Maintenance Assistant. This position is based out of our Whistler location and is responsible for assisting the Director of Maintenance in all areas that arise out of the day to day running of the helicopter operation.
General duties will include:
- Intake and classification of all incoming regulatory and technical documentation
- Organization and administration of the Technical Library and all paper and pc based technical documentation
- Administration and organization of all technical personnel training records
- Processing of all maintenance personnel timesheets
- Provide back up to other maintenance support personnel work functions, such as work order processing, technical transcription and purchasing / stores when necessary.
- Provide support to the Director of Maintenance as required.
Qualifications:
- Must be willing and able to relocate to the Sea-to-Sky corridor and work at our Whistler Base.
- Preference will be given to applicants holding a post secondary diploma or certificate as this job requires strong computer, written / spoken word, and math skills.
- Must have excellent PC skills with preference given to those with advanced Microsoft Office experience. This position will require executive level documents to be produced and formatted.
- Must be reliable and a good team player.
- Must be able to adapt to changing work requirements and multi-task and prioritize accordingly and have superior organization skills.
Please note: this is not a position suitable for apprentice or newly licensed A.M.E’s. We require a candidate who is qualified and interested in administration related work.
This will be primarily an 8AM-430PM Mon – Fri position. Overtime or weekend work may be required on occasion.

Rotary Wing Pilots
Due to work load increases, we are adding rotary staff to our present fleet and are seeking Full time Whistler and Full Time Pool Rotary Pilots.
In addition to your great attitude, excellent work ethic and safety record, qualifications must include:
- Minimum of 2500 hours, with mountain experience and proficiency in longlining
Preference will be given to pilots with Bell 407, Bell 205, A-star, AS355, Heli-ski and Hydro experience.
