Cancellations, weather, and more

General Cancellations & Amendments

  • Whistler sightseeing tours depart from our base at the Whistler Heliport (9960 Heliport Road).

  • All tours and adventures are subject to weather, availability of aircraft, and civil emergencies.

  • Reservations cancelled within 24 hours prior to tour time will be assessed a 100% cancellation fee. No fee for cancellations more than 24 hours prior to tour time.

  • If a flight is cancelled due to weather conditions, no charges will apply.

  • A cancellation is not considered complete until you have received an email or verbal confirmation from our team, with a confirmation of cancellation sent as a receipt. Refunds will be issued at the time of cancellation, but can take up to 30 days to be processed by your card carrier.

  • Prices are subject to change without notice.

  • Some flights have a minimum passenger requirement to confirm a public tour, and may not be able to go ahead if not met.

  • Each guest will be required to sign a Release of Liability, Waiver of Claims, Assumption of Risks, and Indemnity Agreement (“Waiver”) before the planned activity/trip commences.  In no event will a guest be permitted to participate in a planned activity/trip without having signed a Waiver.

  • Should your booking be cancelled due to poor weather conditions (poor flying visibility or high avalanche rating), you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.

  • All helicopter flights are subject to weather, maintenance and civil emergencies. If we are required to cancel your booking due to aircraft availability, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.
