General Cancellations & Amendments
Whistler sightseeing tours depart from our base at the Whistler Heliport (9960 Heliport Road).
All tours and adventures are subject to weather, availability of aircraft, and civil emergencies.
Reservations cancelled within 24 hours prior to tour time will be assessed a 100% cancellation fee. No fee for cancellations more than 24 hours prior to tour time.
If a flight is cancelled due to weather conditions, no charges will apply.
A cancellation is not considered complete until you have received an email or verbal confirmation from our team, with a confirmation of cancellation sent as a receipt. Refunds will be issued at the time of cancellation, but can take up to 30 days to be processed by your card carrier.
Prices are subject to change without notice.
Some flights have a minimum passenger requirement to confirm a public tour, and may not be able to go ahead if not met.
Each guest will be required to sign a Release of Liability, Waiver of Claims, Assumption of Risks, and Indemnity Agreement (“Waiver”) before the planned activity/trip commences. In no event will a guest be permitted to participate in a planned activity/trip without having signed a Waiver.

Should your booking be cancelled due to poor weather conditions (poor flying visibility or high avalanche rating), you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.
All helicopter flights are subject to weather, maintenance and civil emergencies. If we are required to cancel your booking due to aircraft availability, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.
